TiPi is an internet connection analyzer, including line stability testing and telecommunication line throughput. Speed measurement relies on an algorithm that allows you to accurately measure the baud rate and latency of your connection. It uses a worldwide network of dedicated servers that is optimized to provide enough data flow to saturate your connection. It is compatible with all broadband and mobile connections including ADSL, VDSL, coaxial, optical, satellite, WiFi, wiMax, 2G / 3G / 4G (LTE) and 5G.
More infoLatency in a data network refers to the time at which a particular network packet reaches the destination source, in translation it is also called the delay. This delay is very important from the point of view of some services, as with longer delays there may be a problem with the connection or data transfer.
Latency is measured from a TiPi as a bulk of 300 packets sent over 5 minutes and evaluated for delay. These and other data are stored in time charts.
